Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Doug did a great job installing new copper lines and shut offs at my house. My old valves leaked and I needed to run water lines to my other room so he killed two birds with one stone. Thanks!! (Disregard anything that is not copper that was already there)

Our technician, John technician 1000, was beyond fantastic. He was able to come in, fix our water heater leak and be done in less than an hour after he showed up. Worth every dollar and honestly after service like that, wouldn’t mind paying more. Very friendly and caring. I would recommend him to anyone

Over the last 2 consecutive days they service came out to my house to repair a leak and my hot water heater, this was a total of over $5800 in services. I appreciated the fast response and the ability to get the job done. However, the plumber came out to my house stole my credit card information and charged over $2000 on it on gambling at parx casino as well as other miscellaneous charges. He had an additional plumber come out to my house and when talking outside I could hear them discussing my financial situation and that it was an easy get. I was taken advantage of and now am unsure if all of the work that was done to my house was necessary or if it was just a money grab.

Dillon deserves a 5 star rating! The experience was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time within the range that was set for my appointment. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue by providing recommendations, took pictures to show me where the defect is. Exceeds expectations!

Brian (6813) was amazing from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He explained what we could expect and worked efficiently. My kitchen drain and garbage disposal were not working and clogged. He was easy to talk to and communicated clearly. If I could give more than five stars I would!! Thank you so much Brian!!!
