Having experienced problems with our outside shut off valve to our house we decided it was time to see what our options were for a more reliable service. Savage and Son has been our first choice in plumbing service for years so we contacted them for some suggestions. Robert, their service plumber, explained what our options were from doing nothing to replacing the entire system. After some consideration we decided to replace the entire system before a situation occurred where we needed to shut everything off only to find we couldn't. We asked them to do the job, which they did in a timely manner. We are very pleased with a completed, professional installation. The employees who completed the job we pleasant, professional and considerate. They kept us informed of their schedule. I would, and have, recommend Savage and Sons for any pluming needs you have.

Our Savage & Sons plumber was Brian. He was professional, competent and efficient. He up sold us on a new toilet, which we are thrilled with. We have used a few local plumbing companies over the years and in this case, we had another estimate. In this instance Savage & Sons was about 1/3 the price (and included a new toilet). Brian pointed out that a more extensive pipe replacement may be a direction for the future (original estimate covered this), but the Savage & Sons repair should be effective for the foreseeable future, which fit out needs. Highly recommend Savage & Sons.

Making an appointment with Savage and Sons was the best decision I have ever made! It started on the phone with how genuine and nice Kathleen was. The way she was so caring and really took the time to understand me, especially since I had a hard time explaining what was wrong with my plumbing. So few people would have taken the time to listen. I very much appreciate her for that. Next, Bryan came out to my house to fix my shower tub diverter and look at the water pressure. Bryan is an amazing and kind plumber. He took the time to explain fully what was going on and how everything worked. He also was so honest and real with what was needed and not needed. He is such a genuine guy and fixed the plumbing issue with no trouble. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am with the all around service of Bryan, Kathleen, and Savage and Sons. I highly highly recommend Savage and Son for anything home plumbing you need. I am beyond impressed. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and going back for some future plumbing needs. Savage and Son is the best plumbing service out there. They have been consistently reliable, professional and fair priced. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their plumbers who come out to service our issues have been thorough and competent. A special shout out to Kathleen Mulrooney, their Service Dept/Customer Service person who is BEYOND helpful, friendly, smart and gets the job scheduled and done. She knows her customers too. When we have a plumbing issue/crisis in our home, I am always glad she is the one on the other end of the phone helping us!! Loyal fans and customers over here!! 5-stars all the way!!

Mikey was a lifesaver. He had a job to replace the hot water heater. Instead of him just starting the job he took the time to try to relight the pilot. Which he did successfully. He also checked out the unit and is all good. He made my day. When the time comes I will call you for the replacement. Thank you so much.
