I had an incredibly positive experience using Goettl. I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of my AC failing. Jef was punctual, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed my unit efficiently, had all the parts on hand, and repaired everything quickly, which was so greatly appreciated with our house being stiffling in this heat. He was transparent with the cost of all parts and labor beforehand and didn't pressure me to use one option over the other. I will definitely get signed up with their maintenance membership and continue using their services for all my future needs. Thanks for the amazing service!

Today their technician Jeff came into our home. He was knowledgeable. He was amazing. The respect and care he showed for every single thing he did was beyond words. He explained everything and did not make me feel like I was just some dumb woman. He did a great job and I hope to continue to work with him again soon! Addition part 2 today you guys came in and did a complete reinstall of my air conditioning unit and furnace and once again absolutely wonderful the care that was taken and respecting our home. The time that was taken to explain things how careful they were not to let my dog out and to give her lots of attention and still get their job done to the fact that you can tell that these guys really care about their job. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you guys so much. Exceptional job

2nd major home appliance replacement/upgrade along with an annual tankless flush with the great people of Goettl. Though one of the hottest days of the year, both teams worked through the heat and knocked out a complete heating and air conditioning system along with the system flush in short time. Nothing but professional from beginning to end with every precaution taken to avoid and mishaps. Thank again and highly recommended!

Just finished our AC rejuvenation, and our tech Dan was awesome! He was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and was blunt in the best possible way—which I really appreciated. No sugarcoating, just honest feedback about what needed to be done. I also loved that they took pictures of everything and provided a full written summary explaining what needed to be done and why. Dan made an effort to finish on time since I had somewhere to be, and the quote he gave me was great. Overall, Goettl was fantastic—especially Dan!
