Nathan W was outstanding. For 2 days I was without AC. After extensive searches and a referral from someone from a major utility company, and the services of Home Depot, I truly lucked out with Nathan. He was prompt, courteous, and forthright. He had visible identification, a nice smile and a firm handshake. After an agreed upon pricing I had AC in approximately 20 minutes. He was thorough and answered my questions. Thank you Sir, for a great and professional encounter.

Ok. Genuine 5 stars. The tech Zach was great. On time, professional and wore the little booties. Very pleasant. Knew his stuff and cleaned up after he was done. Pricing was on point and my system is in good shape. Ill use them for my tune ups and eventual replacement…hopefully in 5 years or more.

I already had a diagnosis, but I needed an estimate for repairs. Because I already had the diagnosis legacy was kind enough to waive the inspection fee, which was a huge deal for me! Justin came out and spent some time on my unit. Give me four different estimates which is highly appreciated because it gives me more than one option and I didn’t feel trapped! Really great customer service from both dispatch and the service guys highly recommend!

Justin Wells came to my home after I called Legacy the day before with a/c problems. He worked me in his schedule while he was in my neighborhood. He text me ahead of time and said he had a cancelation and came right over. He was very quick and very well trained. He came up with my problem in minutes and I was repaired within an hour of his arrival. it was a 96 degree day and I cannot tell you how happy my family and I were that the a/c was fixed and blowing cold air again. Legacy is in line with top professional service providers. Appointment was communicated and adhered to with a technician that was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We became members because of the extensive services provided that are not just HVAC. Hoping that we don't need their services, but feel confident in their coverage if we do.
