These guys arrived and presented themselves in a professional manner—-both in tone and company attire—which lead to targeted dismantle of the curb and the reinstall of a new one. The crane operator was very efficient as the three worked together harmoniously to complete the task at hand. I went from having leaks throughout my roof where the unit was located, to needing a throw and Hot Honey popcorn by Cretors. Thank you Adrian and crew for a successful job and Brandon for a very thorough inspection and Leo for guiding the ground and the roof and the follow up. job well done!!!

Thank you Goettl for taking care of our AC needs. I also would like to give kudos to Armando and your quick response team when I scheduled online and it all started very good. I wish I could give you more stars but those 5 count for 5 millón. 😜

Our tech was nice and really good at his job but at the end of the day, we feel we were sold a system that the company was just trying to get rid of and convinced us with a “killer deal” which yes $11k is a good price for a horizontal split gas system but we ended up purchasing a lower seer rated system that another company (second opinion) had told us to not go lower than a 16 seer. Our old system which was an early 2000 system would kick on immediately and the fan would blow immediately, this new system now takes longer to kick on and we feel the house isn’t as cold as when we had our old system. So to say the system works as great as our 20 sum year old system, no. Our old system worked better than a brand new 2025 system. This is a multi day install when the tech said it would all be done in one day. We’re still waiting on the sensors to be installed and the dry wall to be fixed and the system came with no permits when we were told that Goettl would take care of everything including sensors and permits. Not to mention, the old system was a lot smaller than this new AC ground system. We already have an incredibly small backyard, and this system was bigger than our old one. I thought technology was advanced enough to make systems a little bit more smaller and less bulky but I guess not. We’re just hoping for the best for the next 15 years. Second picture is our neighbors unit, which was how small our old system was (neighbor has the same brand as our old one)and it worked so far, better than this Goodman “goettl” brand. We even had space to sit around and hang out with the dogs. We’re feeling very ripped off.

Juan performed an excellent drywall repair to the ceiling after a new AC unit was installed yesterday. Because of the location of the unit in the attic space, a new access had to be created. Juan’s work was meticulous and the clean-up was spotless. Excellent work!!

Our biggest thanks goes out to Stevo and his crew for doing an outstanding job as always. This is the experiment we’ve always gotten with ghetto over the years and that’s why we have stuck by them for nine years now Stevo was very informative with explaining The details of his inspections and recommendations for this project to ensure our appliances and pipes will be much less affected by the hard water of Las Vegas. given all the information we received and the consultation and just walking us through the project we did not mind paying the cost because the end results were worth it. Thank you, Goettl For having Stevo oversee this project in our home and thank you to the HVAC guy I forgot your name but thank you for replacing the parts to our AC.
