If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10. 100/100. Would recommend to royalty, astronauts, and time travelers alike. This plumbing company didn’t just fix my leak—they restored my faith in humanity. I called with what I thought was a minor issue, but they treated it like a top-secret mission. Within what felt like moments, they were at my door, tools in hand, ready to do battle with the mysterious underworld that is my kitchen sink. The service? Impeccable. The professionalism? Off the charts. The vibes? Immaculate. They explained everything in plain English (no plumber jargon), worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves (?!), and left my house better than they found it. I half-expected them to also install a chocolate fountain and fix my credit score. If plumbing were an Olympic sport, these folks would bring home the gold. Every. Single. Time. Hire them. Let them into your home. Trust them with your pipes. You won’t regret it.

We recently hired Santon plumbing to replace the shower valve system in our shower. Keith had to make several trips during which we ordered new parts to be installed. He was extremely courteous and professional and the work he performed was outstanding. In the 50 years that I have owned homes, he and everyone at Santon are the best people I have ever worked with.

We had been paying another company for years to come and do maintenance on our HVAC systems. That other company didn’t even slide the filters in properly, and they once charged me to price work they couldn’t do. Santon on the other hand has a team of experts, they charge a fair price and their office and support staff are friendly and responsive. I rate them Top Shelf.

They diagnosed our heating issue quickly and educated us on what to do in the future. Great company to work with. Edit: As of July 2025, Santon has been working with me on a number of issues including our water quality. The office was extremely flexible with scheduling, did a thorough installation, and gave us peace of mind sampling the end product. Really appreciate your help!

On 3/21/25 we had an excellent experience with Santon Plumbing & Heating. Todd came to service the boiler. We were having trouble receiving hot water and he did a great job fixing the problem. Todd was very professional and knowledgable. We were very pleased with his services.
