We had our electrical panel upgraded to 200 amps by Dylan, Andrew, and Tim from 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They arrived around 7:30am and left around 4:00pm. Dylan led the crew with professionalism and care, and the entire team was punctual, courteous, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, never rushed, and treated our home with the utmost respect—covering surfaces, cleaning up after themselves, and ensuring everything was done neatly and safely. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out. The new Siemens panel looks fantastic and was installed with precision and care. Had to replace our water heater and 128 noticed a rusted out sewer pipe upon inspection. Life saver to replace this thing before it burst. They also inspected the pipe that runs out to the street with a camera snake and found multiple points of disconnection that were causing leaks into the ground. We will be getting that fixed as well. Again, they found this before we had major issues that require excavation. Steve and Steve did incredible work on the main pipe. Great people. Very thorough and honest. Highly recommend.

We hired 128 to upgrade the electrical and install heat pumps/HVAC for both units in our 2-family condo association. Our experience was fantastic! From the initial interaction with Morgan, to the execution of our project by the well-staffed team, to the post-install support, we could not have chosen a better company to work with. Christian and Jackie did an incredible job replacing a section of pipe in preparation for putting a liner in for us. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. They adapted to the situation and solved the problem before things got out of hand. Life savers!
