An old boiler went in our home. I have two boilers so it was only a matter of time for the second one. Called Winters and had someone at my house two days later. Zane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed going with one large boiler with two zones (my wife and I own a two-family that has been utilized as a single family for last forty years). Ultimately, we opted to replace both boilers. Brian and crew were there the next day, tearing out the old and scrapping it, and unloading, transporting, and installing everything over the next three days. Meticulous work. I worked in the Building Trades for 50-years and I recognize and appreciate craftsmanship. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the smoothness of the entire experience from first phone call to final installation. The crazy part of the story is we have utilized a plumbing company for 30 years. I called him when the boiler went and he told me he retired two weeks earlier. Thanks to Winters entire team, we now know where to turn for all our heating/plumbing/cooling needs.

Lucas was fantastic. He gave me an estimate, realized that there was an easier fix for much less money and then went with that one. I've never had a service person who didn't push for the more expense option. He was polite and friendly. I will definitely hire him again.

Andrew was exceptional! My partner and I were figuring cost-effective options in having water access for outdoor use, and he was patient and knowledgeable enough to walk us through a few ideas. He was transparent about the plan and costs and worked with us on making sure that 1) the original idea of connecting the outdoor spigot the main line was completed and 2) how to navigate the spigot. He was also considerate of our space and time. Truly top-notch service, and I look forward to using Winters in the future.
