We had an emergency plumbing job and a friend recommended Sandoval plumbing. Eddie was very responsive and got back to me right away (unlike other plumbers I had also reached out to). He was very knowledgeable and gave us several options for our repair in order to stay within our budget. He worked with our schedule and was right on time. He did a great job in a timely manner. I wish I had known about Sandoval plumbing a long time ago, but they will be our go-to plumbers from now on. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional, Overpriced, and Disrespectful: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sandoval Plumbing. They charged $150 for a basic job — sealing the edge of a tub/shower — but only applied silicone halfway along the tub. The job was rushed and clearly incomplete. When my mother called to address the issue, the plumber was completely unprofessional. He lied, claiming that my father had asked him to seal only half the tub — which is absolutely not true. Then, instead of taking responsibility, he told my mother to “just finish it herself”, insulted her, and hung up the phone on her. Not only was the work overpriced for what little was done, but the attitude and disrespect toward my family were unacceptable. This is not how you treat paying customers. I would never recommend Sandoval Plumbing to anyone. If you care about quality work and basic respect, stay far away.
