I feel extremely fortunate for the expertise, good nature and perseverance of Javiar and Jimmy during my plumbing odessey; originally just wanted to replace my kitchen sink faucet and bathroom faucet, there were numerous setbacks that required more work and time; pipes had disintegrated, inner washers were eroded, even a key missing part that Javier was able to find a clutch replacement for on short notice. Despite what could have been massive up charges, they only added the costs of the extra parts needed and the additional services I requested (replacing the connector valves for the dishwasher because they likely were going to need replacement in the near future as well

It was our first time using Rescue Plumber. Javier arrived within hours of our call. He was very knowledgeable, throughly explained the issue and gave us good tips to prevent the issue moving forward. He was really friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him! We also appreciate the flat rate up front as opposed to an hourly charge.

Javier (and Jimmy) is the man! And this is easily the best and most knowledgeable company I’ve experienced in the last 13 years here in Chicago. Don’t call ABC or Four Seasons, they will rob you with unnecessary excess…. These guys have integrity and get it done for a fair price. Simply the best, highly recommend.
