He was right on time within the scheduled window, called before to let me know he was on his way, and got everything taken care of so quickly! He noticed we had cats and was very careful of them with any doors. I appreciate it so much and will definitely be calling Chris if we have any other issues moving forward. Above and beyond great service. The gentleman was on time and explained our options. His work was thorough and he found a huge blockage in a drain. He stayed until we were convinced everything was as expected.

I am quite pleased with my experience with Roto Rooter! The technician, Chris, did an excellent and quick job. He was supremely helpful and understanding of our situation, and worked well with my 4-year-old who was full of questions and wanted to watch the whole thing. Furthermore, I called to ask for a quote at 2:45 p.m., and now, just one hour later, the job is done, the blockage is taken care of, and I’m sitting down to write this review. And when used toilet paper is coming up through your basement drain, you want that kind of promptness! I’m quite pleased, so this will definitely be my first call if anything like this happens again.

Came up for their work warranty issue call, took pictures, and never showed up again. 4 months since then - still nothing. I wasted about 15k to get the same problem in two years. Great job, highly "recommended"
