I had a good experience. From initial call, they were very responsive and helpful... listening to my concern regarding my toilet and addressing my questions on cost and next steps. They were extremely communicative... scheduling for next day service, confirming appointment, calling 30 minutes before arrival, confirming payment, etc. The plumber was knowledgeable and immediately knew what to address, and it was fixed with ease.

Interior Main Shutoff Valve and adjacent piping needed to be replaced. Contacted RVA Plumbing & Drain at 9 am and a tech was at my home at 9:15 am. I immediately approved the rate and repair and by 10:22 am the tech was done! The work looks amazing and done appropriately. Also the tech was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend RVA Plumbing & Drain to anyone with plumbing needs.

RVA Plumbing showed up at my home and told me it would take about an hour to replace my toilet. It actually took them less than an hour. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional and removed the old toilet for me. I hope I never need to replace a toilet again but if I do or if I have any other plumbing issues, I will not hesitate to call RVA Plumbing.
