Sam Wiley did an awesome job in getting our unit running this evening. He was so polite and I enjoyed talking with him, along with having our air conditioning repaired. He offered us a great service plan that was so reasonable to get our units serviced annually. I don't usually buy any service plans, but this one was very reasonable and it just made sense. I was reluctant to use a large company, but wow, I am impressed and I will be a loyal customer forever. Thanks to Sam Wiley and his wonderful customer service, we are so grateful.

Jake Nottingham was our technician and he did a great job! He was extremely thorough and professional. He helped us with the current service needed and helped us determine what our next steps are. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the process extremely well. He was on time, he took the time to listen to our concerns and take care of our issues, he worked very quickly while still being thorough and handling the unit with care. I was very impressed with our service.

Mike Jones did an excellent job troubleshooting our a/c. He diagnosed the problem immediately & explained the issue. A part was ordered & he completed the job quickly. He is punctual, exceptional @ his profession & even parks his service van with great consideration for others. The customer service team was tip top as well. Thank you!

Mark was awesome and really helped us out of a jam when our AC broke. It first came back that our AC wasn't under warranty anymore but he didn't think that was correct, so he made some extra calls and checked a few more times until we found that it was indeed still under warranty (barely!) saving us ~2000$. He also was super flexible with his schedule and extremely communicative and calm. Would 100% call up Mark again - but hopefully we don't have to anytime soon!

JRAC replaced my complete HVAC system last week. They did an excellent job, leaving no trace that they had been there. My new system is much quieter and the air feels cooler. Love the new thermostat. I feel I got good service and a great value. Thanks to all involved.
