Before the technician arrived, I received a text message with his name and photo, which I really appreciated—it’s a thoughtful touch that adds peace of mind. Mr. Porter, the technician, was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process to identify the issue with my A/C and made sure everything was clear and easy to understand. Once he diagnosed the problem, he walked us through the solution step by step. Excellent service from start to finish. Mr. Porter is an outstanding technician—give that man a raise! Had a great experience with Bradley Mechanical. Our ac stopped working during the heat wave June ‘25. We were anxious to have it repaired during a busy time due to costs. However, Steve and his coworker came to our appointment within the appointment window, and were only at our house for about an hour. Although it was still an expense, we were pleased that the repairs were affordable. Our a/c is working as good as new. Would recommend Bradley Mechanical 10/10

Bradley did a late night service call when our AC went out during a heatwave while we had vulnerable people in our house, and sorted everything out super quickly. They diagnosed the issue and solved it before we knew it at a reasonable price. We appreciate their responsiveness and availability.

Outstanding service! My A/C was “dying a slow death” and Bradley Mechanical provided a very competitive quote, then scheduled installation the very next day! The installers were right on time and were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I’d definitely recommend them!!!
