my 20 year old garbage disposal started failing. I found a deal on line and bought a new one. Next step was finding a plumber and Rusty is the sunriver local talent. So gave him a call and left a message with my problem. Shortly after I received a text message with instructions to reset the bottom button and try turning it with a hex wrench. Worked a bit but the disposal was dying. So Rusty showed up the day after the new one arrived. He was more than happy to install what I bought. Installing the new one was not as easy as the youtube videos so I'm glad I hired a pro. Little over an hour and job was done. Nice guy who knew what he was doing. I know what plumbers charge these days and I was blown away at the good deal rusty gave me on this. Don't even think of finding someone else if you live in sunriver area. Bend is part of his territory too!

Rusty is Great. He returned my call for help immediately. He was clear about what information he needed and then we put together a plan of action. When he arrived at the location he discovered a bolt in the water Tank that was loose tightened it up... Smart guy ..no more leak and No charge . I definitely will use his services in the future.

Rusty was great to work with. He replaced our hot water heater and also helped us that same day with two unexpected problems. He was professional, courteous and also cleaned up everything beautifully when finished. I highly recommend him!!
