I am so glad I decided to get a second opinion for my sump pump debacle. While Mr Rooter told me I would need to replace the whole system and dig a new ditch etc etc, Rowells took the time to send a camera down the line. We found the outlet for the water and discovered part of the line was crush, which is what I had suspected all along. I asked Rowells twice if the current pump set up was ok, because Rooters told me it was wrong and would need replacement, and Rowells said it was fine and just needed a check valve. This is a much cheaper option than replacing everything. Thank you so much Rowells!! Your techs were awesome and helpful and even took to time to help me get my drill bit unstuck from my drill.

After a small hiccup earlier in the week, Dwayne and Charlie arrived this morning to clear out our septic tank, utmost professionals! Received a text from Charlie along his photo with their ETA. Dwayne commented that the tank contents looked ideal and that we're doing everything right to maintain a healthy system. Took them less than 30 minutes from the moment they arrived to their departure. Can't thank them and Rowell's Services enough!

This was my first time with a septic tank removal company, and they was outstanding. They removed everything liquid and solids. They gave me a discount. The gentleman was knowledgeable. Gave me advice what to do. What not to do at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company not only do they do an outstanding job Their prices without a doubt the best in this area..
