Great company, great tech. This company knows how to communicate with customers. They keep you in the loop. And I like that they send you a picture of the tech. I had my furnace inspected and cleaned. Matt M was personable and professional. I will definitely use Paul the Plumber again.
I had a great experience. They were extremely prompt in setting up a diagnostic appointment, and again when scheduling the work. Everyone I've talked to has been super friendly and helpful. My technician John was professional, friendly, and communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend.
Paul the Plumber technicians arrived on time, were very polite and did a great job repairing my toilet. My only complaint is the price. The technicians were here for about 20 minutes and charged me $590. The replacement part probably only cost them $25. I would have given 5 stars if not for the excessive price.
