We had a great experience with Jason! He was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We really appreciated that he wore booties in our home—such a thoughtful touch that shows respect and care. He wasn’t even bothered by our dogs while he was explaining our options, which we truly appreciated. He performed our air conditioning maintenance efficiently and clearly explained everything. Thanks to his excellent service, we decided to sign up for the yearly maintenance package. Highly recommend Jason!

I called today for a brand new water heater that wasn’t working. Salvatore Garofalo came and tested it. Replaced the top element and took my old water heater. Sal made a very painful situation a great experience. I truly thank you for the service and great conversation. I will use heritage again and recommend them to anyone.

I got a powered thermostat replaced and Heritage provided exceptional service. My home has a peculiar setup that required trial and error. Heritage's HVAC specialist walked me through the options concisely and honestly through the entire process. The folks at the office were very professional and helpful. Every time I called someone picked up and, after providing my name and address, they knew my unique situation. I was able to schedule appointments that were only a few days out, in fact I was able to arrange a same day appointment. I would highly recommend Heritage.

Brendan was Fantastic. An old house with a well tank that fell through the floor. Diagnosed what could be done. Had my home back up with running water in less than an hour. Suggested and quoted other repairs he thought should be done but didn't pressure on anything. Super freindly and knowledgeable. Never had to deal with home repairs until this problem and it was an emergency repair so I won't comment on price being high or low as I have no idea. All I will say is I was fixed and back in service much quicker than I imagined.
