Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Alvaro was an amazing calming presence in a time of panic today. He guided me through what needed to be done when my hot water handle flew off the sink. Thankfully I was able to find the whole house water shut-off valve to avoid totally calamity in my rental that it would have been before he arrived. He was patient and calm in the face of my frazzled condition. Highly recommend Alvaro!

Travis responded to our call for help. We just had a new frig installed and the wall water valve wouldn't turn off so the crew could do their thing. We’d been having issues with our toilet for weeks. Alvaro came and didn’t leave until it was fixed. He was kind and explained every issue clearly, and I really feel satisfied with the services rendered. I only wish we’d gotten Alvaro the first time the toilet started acting up. 10/10!!

He showed on time, very professional , in no time the job was done, on the same day of our appointment, despite the challenges he got the job done, the space to the basement is very narrow however he found a creative way to bring the tank down, he put cardboard around the tank and dragged down, all by himself. Now I’m going to make a point on that cause I think Roto-Rooters , should send a backpack with the technicians in cases like this. Still exceptional service from the first call to the labor, this review is also for the lady who picked up the phone, very patient, pleasant voice and professional. Thank you Roto!!
