Diego arrived within one hour of the request and was very polite and professional. He did the best he could before he hit a small snag (roots in the pipes) and a second appointment had to be made (not his fault at all). Would use this company again in the future, if need be.

After consulting with him we made the decision for him to snake our line and have the camera come out and see what was wrong. All in all a great experience and no pushy sales tactics which is great. Roto-Rooter was very quick and efficient in sending someone to unclog our kitchen drain. Our tech Diego was very professional and resolved the issue quickly. Everything was great except the price. Paying $485 to unclog a standard drain clog in 20 mins is very excessive. Pricing needs to be reassessed.
