My tankless water heater was slowly leaking along the hot water out line, so I called EZ Flow plumbing to take a look. Lynette answered right away and after I explained my issue, she said she could get someone out the same day! The plumber, Logan arrived in less than 45 minutes, took a look, then called the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. They first talked about the many parts for repair, but they decided that a full replacement would be better. Logan called around and found a local replacement unit, but it was on the other side of Phoenix, so we rescheduled the install for the next morning. No big deal, the water leak was very slow. The next morning Logan arrived with the new unit and got it installed in 2 hours. Logan did a great job on the install and we had hot water again! Logan is very knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions. The next time I need a plumber, I will ask for him specifically and wait until he is available

I received a mailing brochure from EZ Flow Plumbing and it has this awesome magnet with measurement conversions on it, so I stuck it on the refrigerator. The next mailing it had the upcoming football game schedule. Great advertising! When I needed plumbing job estimates I had all their contact information on my fridge. I figured I’d give them a try. I’m glad that I did! I called and spoke with Christie and she provided a great deal of information about the company and specials they were offering and listened carefully to get my full list of items on record, plus got me on the schedule right away, she was amazing! Richard and Matthew arrived promptly and one started on the water heater service, while the other kindly provided some good advice on the order of my concerns and options. I was impressed with their honesty, knowledge, and their recommendations. Overall, it has been an excellent experience and they clearly care about providing great customer service.

I appreciated Jordan coming for a free estimate on putting in a water heater. He explained everything so I could understand the process. He explained in detail what was going to be the process. Jordan and Cody came the very next day to install. They were both very professional courteous polite. Great experience I recommend, 5 stars

I had a great experience once again with this company! I dealt with Lynette and Logan and they were both very professional and courteous. The company is always prompt and does a great job without up-charging. Logan answered all my questions and explained things to me honestly. He cleaned up after himself when he left and even wore shoe coverings as to not get my floor dirty. Love this company and they are my go to for all my plumbing needs.

What a great company. The service is top notch and the technician (Kenneth) was very professional and knowledgeable. After contacting 2 other companies and getting either the run around or no response, I googled a plumber and EZ Flow was the highest rated. Upon speaking with the Customer service rep, I immediately could tell they were much more on top of things and MUCH more professional. No having to text and give them my entire life story just to get an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. After hearing my concern, she set me up with an appointment the next day. Here's where it got even better. The customer service rep explained that it would be from 10am-5pm with a 45 minute heads up and the technician showed up at 9:45!! Kenneth was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. As a small business owner myself, this is how a business should operate. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
