Roto Rooter experience we received was excellent! We received great service from dispatch to the service person, Jonathan. Jon did an excellent job installing my water heater. He worked very neatly, was polite and respectful, and made sure everything was done the right way. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done at home.

Our technician, Eddie, was absolutely wonderful. He arrived before our scheduled time (9–11am), was very pleasant, and quickly discovered a serious issue with roots in our main sewer line. Eddie was knowledgeable, informative, and kept us updated every step of the way. He even contacted his supervisor, Dave, who came out to further diagnosed the issue. Eddie worked hard throughout the day—finishing around 4:30—and made sure to clean out what he could. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and personable attitude. Excellent customer service!

This rating is for my exterior work done by Aaron (interior was a disaster but a different division of Roto Rooter). Exterior done day Aaron was an absolutely fantastic experience. He was professional, excellent at his job and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend RR (aaron) for any exterior excavations. Beyond please with his work. Do not use RR for interior plumbing.
