I am absolutely delighted with the service and professionalism exhibited by Carlos, Jorge, and Maria. I had my entire HVAC system replaced due to the age of the heating unit and the failure of the condenser in the fall. From my initial interaction with Ben, who came to inspect the system and provide a quote, I was impressed. Ben took the time to assess the situation, listen to my needs, and make appropriate recommendations—things that other firms had ignored or overlooked. When Carlos, Jorge, and Maria arrived, they walked me through what to expect and clarified their understanding of the project. They also asked if I had any questions or concerns. The work they performed was quick, efficient, and thorough. I felt the improvement in functionality immediately. The job was clean, and the attention to detail was very apparent. I had a new heating and cooling unit installed, along with a new humidifier, sheet metal to rectify some poor previous designs from the prior installation, a new filter box, and a thermostat. I had a clog and a backup at my house, and Frankie from TR Miller came by the same day and was able to rod the drain and pull out roots, and clear it up. Then, Willie came by same day with a camera to show that my drain has multiple separations and gave me options for repairs. The guys at TR are extremely professional and knowledgeable in what they do, and gave a good price for the work needed. I highly recommend working with them, and also checking out how they help out folks in our community. Thank you for the hard work!

I had a great experience with TR Miller. Chris B. quickly diagnosed a leak at the bottom of the water tank, which had been in use since 2011—14 years old! He recommended replacing it and coordinated with the landlord to approve the replacement. Technician Darrick D. came out the same day to handle the job. Darrick did an excellent job replacing the water tank in just an hour and a half. He was polite, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend TR Miller for all your water heater needs.

Great first experience. Signed up for work and I expect it to be great as well. Water heater was put in on Monday without hassle . Oscar V took the time to explain what they did.
