Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding plumber from RotoRooter, Kyle D, who came to fix a leaking hose bib at my home. From start to finish, he was extremely thorough, polite, and professional. He took the time to carefully explain what the issue was, how it had happened, and exactly how he was going to fix it. Not only did he resolve the problem efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. It’s great to find someone who combines knowledge and technical skill with such excellent customer service. I felt completely confident in his work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable plumber. Five stars all the way!

They were very quick and responsive which was great and came over to my rental unit late at night which earned them a couple stars. The issue that I have with this group is their pricing. I was charged $650 to snake a sewage line which took 1 hour. Due to the pricing being so high I could not recommend them to anyone or use them again in the future.

Kyle and his trainee Rob were awesome. They quickly addressed my problem and did some troubleshooting to eliminate any other possible causes and educated me to the root cause of the leaking water heater. A+ service!

Our technician Richard was excellent! He communicated very well with us about our issue and the potential causes along with how he can fix them. His care and respect really put us at ease especially as this was an emergency call. He did let us know that if he could not solve the issue due to it being a city blockage there would not be a charge. Even after finding out that it was a city issue he continued to offer guidance and help. Even went to the hardware store to get us a more secure sewage cap for our line. I cannot say enough about this man. I truly hope this review reaches him personally and he knows the impact he is making. Thank you Richard!

After having another company come out to (unsuccessfully) clear out our clogged sewer main that was causing water to flow back into our basement, we gave Roto-Rooter a call and were so pleased! Mark and Roy came to our rescue and they were so professional, considerate, and took extra care to clean up the mess the first company left behind. They stayed until 10pm to make sure the job was done right and we are so thankful!
