Apex Plumbing, Heating, and Air Pros

I was incredibly impressed with Apex. My technicians, Canon French and Jacob Lyons, were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. When they arrived, they listened carefully as I explained my concerns, including what I initially thought was a leaking tub spout. They even took the time to check out a dripping shower head while they were there. Upon inspection, they discovered the leak was actually coming from one of my toilets—not the tub spout as originally suspected. Still, they went the extra mile and caulked around the tub spout to ensure it was properly sealed, just in case. They also found that my main water shut-off valve was nonfunctional and needed to be replaced. Canon and Jacob were so kind and took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly explaining my options and offering helpful advice based on what they’ve seen in homes built in the early 2000s. Their patience and attentiveness meant a lot to me, and I’ll always be grateful for how thoughtful they were. Before they left that first day, they even asked if there was anything else in the home I wanted them to take a look at—something I found incredibly considerate. They returned the next day with all the necessary parts and replacement toilets, and by 2 p.m., they had efficiently completed everything: replacing the shut-off valve, installing a new shower cartridge, and swapping out three toilets. After finishing, they explained that the original leaking toilet wasn’t even the worst one, so replacing all three was a smart decision. I was especially impressed by how clean they left everything—so much so that I wouldn’t have even known they had been here. They were meticulous, always wearing and removing their blue booties when entering and exiting my home—something many other companies tend to overlook. I would trust Apex, and especially Canon and Jacob, with any work in my home. Their professionalism, care, and dedication truly set them apart.

Jeremiah Miller and his helper from Apex Plumbing did SUPERB working installing a new faucet on our bathroom pedestal sink. By catching a potential future leaking problem with the hot water intake line and shutoff, we had him repair this during the time of his visit. When the job was complete, you couldn't tell anyone had been working in our bathroom. Everything is working great, and we know who to go to in the future with any plumbing needs.

Our AC went out so my veteran husband who has a lot of health and breathing issues called Apex Pros. The manager Nick made us a priority visit the very next morning. He was straight forward and friendly. The next day Jason and Manny installed our new HVAC system. They did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the work and were also very professional and kind. So happy they were able to get us hooked up before the heat wave came. It has now been a week since install and we couldn't be happier! Thank you guys for your dedication to your customers, and thank you for your service to the 17 vets who work for your establishment!

Dustin did a fantastic job of installing my new kitchen lights - 2 small chandeliers and 3 pendants. One of the lights was especially difficult, but Dustin would not let it run! He disposed of the old lights and took the boxes away. Very thorough and he cleaned up after himself. Very pleased!!

Buyer beware! I would not use Apex Pro!! I recently purchased a whole home heat and air system from them with blue light and power humidifier. They originally tried to change the agreed humidifier but did install the correct one after multiple called and missed appointments by there managers. I was forced to take multiple vacation days and be way from work to finally get work completed after 2 months. After paying them &17000 they completely ignored us after setting up appointments and not calling back when they said they would. I waited 4 weeks at one point to have a call returned after butchering furnace duct work. Work finally completed today 2 months after furnace going out ! Took their money and ignored customer, after using PTO to cover my work they insulted us with $100 to compensate taking an 3 extra PTO days from work. Four days in all and work should have been completed in one. Look for other options and beware of their customer service. Left the area a mess with extra / scrap parts behind and used caulk and wire to to install controls. Wires left hanging not connected to anything. Disappointed I spent money and time with this company!!
