Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Well, Gene came out today to evaluate my tankless water heater install. He was very professional, courteous, and on time. I received my quote and scheduled the work to commence in two days over the holiday weekend. So far, I am pleased with the customer service ECO has provided. I will post a follow up review after installation. Blake was the electrician and was tasked to supply a 8 foot ground rod and ground electrical panel and the gas meter. Blake did a great job. Job completed, around 6 hrs to install. The team that came out did a good job even in the 90 degree heat. I have to say that my experience with ECO has been above and beyond my expectations, everything from the initial inspection and estimate to the finish product. Thanks, ECO team! I would highly recommend this company.

Today, June 15, was our first time using Eco Plumbers. Their estimator, Bert, was absolutely fantastic to work with! We scheduled an appointment with them just a few hours ago. Their quick response is very impressive. We are having Eco install a new water heater (our very old one suddenly died yesterday) and do two other plumbing jobs later today. We are very pleased with them so far! I will update this review once everything is done. UPDATE later on June 15: Just a few hours after we met with Bert, another Eco employee, Isaiah, arrived with everything needed to do all of the work. What a great guy! Like Bert, Isaiah is super friendly. He worked very hard non-stop until all three jobs in our house were done: New water heater, new kitchen faucet fixture, and a new overflow cap in our bathtub. He did amazing work! Based on the 100% positive experience we had with Eco Plumbers scheduling process, then our very enjoyable conversations/interactions with Bert and Isaiah, and the quality of the products and work performed, we highly recommend Eco Plumbers. Definitely 5 stars out of 5!

Isaac was thorough and determined to make sure our plumbing problems were resolved properly and appropriately. He made sure I understood what was done and why. He seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He found a leak that others missed in our gas line!

Noe did an UTTERLY SUPERB job!!! He is so kind and thoughtful. I hope we have the opportunity to work with him again soon!!! Thank you, Noe!!! Nick, Jimmy and Jimmie hit the installation of a new A/C and heat pump straight out of the park!!!! For the first time, the air actually feels cool. They had to work in tight spaces and extremely hot conditions and they did an amazing job! Many, many thanks to Adam for finding a system that suited the house’s configuration and challenges. We are eternally grateful to all of these wise and hardworking gentlemen!!

This is how they left my emergency shutoff box after more than $5,000 in electrical upgrades: open to the rain, with a door that won’t shut, and a random panel that looks like it’s a part of it propped up against the house. I’m guessing this happened during the inspection and they forgot to put it back together. I tried calling to see if it was a hazard to have the rain pouring on it, since I just noticed it, but was told they don’t know and, “management doesn’t work on weekends, so there is no one to ask.” Best they could do is schedule someone for Monday morning. (It’s Saturday.) I was happy with the work at first, but the response to this is just not sitting right with me. Especially since the box won’t fully close without holding it there - it just swings back open. But I guess everything is soaked anyway, so….
