Atlas Butler Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Mike Galloway was a pleasure to have in our home today for duct cleaning. He was very polite, efficient and through. I was shocked to see the before and after photos(see attached). I would highly recommend Mike and the team at Atlas Butler for their professionalism and expertise!

Atlas Butler is my go-to answer for heating/A/C and plumbing problems and maintenance. They arrive when they say they will. They send you a picture of the technician and even a little snippet of a bio about them before arriving. AND they send you a link so you can see exactly where they are when they text and/or email you that they’re on their way. Mike Grove showed up on time, slipped on those shoe covers and went to work on performing seasonal maintenance on my air conditioners. He did not rush through in 15-20 minutes to say “All’s good’s” and then speed off. No. Mike worked efficiently and methodically and finished up in prudent measure. Such a polite and easy going gentleman. I’ll ask for Mike by name from now on! Thanks Mike and Atlas Butler!

Christopher did a great job cleaning our duct work. He was professional, meticulous, and pleasant to work with. He took before and after pictures of our ducts. What a difference that showed! Nick, the technician that came for issues we had with the low voltage system in the furnace, was also great to work with. He quickly troubleshot the problem, and had the system back and functioning properly. I highly recommend Atlas Butler for your HVAC needs.

Worst experience ever having them come out here! Our air conditioner went out when it was multiple 100° days, so we were desperate to get somebody out here and they could come out same day. The tech came out and said we needed a new air conditioning system tried to sell it to us for $12,000. We obviously said we weren't willing to pay that and we wanted to see if it could be fixed still or if it replacement was required. Although we weren't going to do the replacement with them! The Tech found that the capacitor had burned out and said it needed replacement and a voltage regulator. $902.00 and 15 minutes time!!!! If getting raped on that ridiculous price was not enough, it didn't work! Couple hours later, the whole unit shut down, no air conditioning, fan nothing! So we called out another company that had same day service, and they said that it was a bunch of BS that Atlas put a part on there knowing that it would not fix the system and the whole system HAD to be replaced. So we paid for a new air conditioning system with this second company, which was $7,800, and it's a Bryant so it's a good system. When they were here couple hours after Atlas Butler left, they also took off the voltage regulator and the capacitor that Atlas put on here. They are both still brand new but Atlas Butler will not provide any return customer service, speak to us, or anything regarding it. They also ripped the label off of the parts, which the other company told us is a trick that companies do when they're putting a part on there that is not sized appropriately for your unit. So it was an absolute waste of $900, no fixing, no warranty, no guarantee, no customer service... nothing! I would love to hear if other people have had these same situations with this company!!! This is the kind of stuff that causes class action lawsuits! To say I'm disappointed would be putting it lightly, I'm flood out pissed! Can't wait to receive some standard pre-typed worthless response from the company now stating that they "appreciate the feedback and we'll forward it to the leadership team". They told my husband the same on his Google review, however that was the last week of June and we've not heard from anybody yet, and he even reached out to the owner of the company! Might be time to talk to an attorney since they purposely put on a part knowing that it was worthless!

They came very quickly! Adam L was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Besides fixing our immediate issue he fixed an issue we didn’t even know we had! AC working great and SO much quieter! We learned new things to help us keep it running well and he even gave our dog treats! From Growler Dog Bones! Very positive experience! He represented a well known local business very well!
