Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a minor issue with a drain, made an online appointment for the next day. Technician showed up on time, provided pricing options and then proceeded to clear the drain. Courteous, professional and personable. My only issue is that they will not provide estimates, even a range, over the phone. When the tech told me pricing it appeared to be standard for whichever service was needed. I would have liked to have that upfront. This wasn't an emergency, so I had time to shop around. Thanks.

Good work, but a total rip-off. $530 initially for 10 minutes of labor replacing a small spiket. I managed to get it down to $140 with 15% discount as if they were doing me a favor. FYI; Average plumber labor is $30/hour. Never again. ABC Plumbing is awesome/reasonable pricing 👍

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter! They were responsive and quick to dispatch a technician to our property when our kitchen sink backed up. Mike, our technician, was fantastic—he clearly communicated every step of the process, worked efficiently to clear the clog through the trap, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. He also took the time to explain what caused the blockage, how to prevent it in the future, and walked us through the warranty on the service. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was, even answering all of my follow-up questions. Roto-Rooter and Mike made a stressful situation easy to deal with, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help!

Mamhi was couteous and professional, very knowlegeable about the issue. We cleaned out the big clog and a smaller one. The ONLY bad thing was he tried to fix a broken standoff pipe, which (not his fault) wasn't tall enough at the end of it. I had to go buy something; he tried but didn't have the right parts, no biggie. He did fantastic.

Christian Kirchner was my plumber and turned out that somehow my clog self-cleared even though on two separate occasions it clogged. He ran water in all the lines and somehow it randomly had fixed itself. He was very friendly and gave me advice on keeping it clear in the future. Will definitely use RR in the future based on this interaction when something comes up.
