Affordable Plumbing has helped us out twice now. Most recently with. Hot water heater replacement in the mountains. Shawn was awesome, did an excellent job and left the site clean and tidy. In addition, Troy the GM helped us on the weekend with some documentation we needed regarding the repair. They both went above and beyond. Great job.

On 16 July 2025, our 25 year old A/C gas furnace combo unit was replaced by Affordable Plumbing. We’ve used them on numerous occasions over the years and have never been disappointed; including this effort. Reaper & JP were our installers and were superb from start to finish taking less than half a day. They were punctual and worked together as a fined tuned machine with commendable efficiency. The end result was a professional install leaving no trace of having been here; with the exception of a great new system that operated flawlessly! Highly recommend them both. I had such a great experience with Affordable Plumbing, Heat, and Electrical! I had an issue with our sump pump not working and water was backing up in our crawlspace which made the water heater stop working. I called on a Saturday later in the afternoon and explained the problem I was having. I spoke with Kim, who was very kind and helpful. She offered to have someone come by later that evening, but that didn’t work with us, so she was able to schedule the technician, Joe, for the next day. Joe was excellent with communication and called me the next day to coordinate. He was able to come 3 hours early. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed right away. The communication and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and low stress. I would definitely recommend their services.

I'm very pleased with my experience using Affordable. Initially I called for a service on my tankless water heater. Ultimately the water heater ended up being replaced. Gage P performed the majority of the work at my residence. There were some hiccups due to some DIY that I attempted and Gage not only corrected them but taught me where I fell short so I not only had my problem fixed but I learned what not to do next time. I feel confident if I had a plumbing issue again that these guys would make it right. Gage, Ben, Robbie, Matt, and Brandon are to be commended for their professionalism and their work ethic. I would gladly recommend to anyone on the receiving end of a water heater problem.

I called Affordable Plumbing this morning at 7am and they had two technicians out to my house at 1:30pm to clear a clog. Jeff and Mike were amazing. They worked in tandem to diagnose the issue. Jeff ran a camera down the line to find the clog, and because my clean outs were covered in dirt somewhere on the other side of my fence, he located both clean outs and marked them for me. After they left, I was able to dig them out. They’d been buried for over 10 years and he located them in a few minutes. Mike worked on snaking the toilet and finding the clogs. They were so great, explaining the process to me and answering my questions. Super personable and polite and nice to chat with as they worked. They put a new wax ring on the toilet as well, and it all fell under their $99 drain cleaning. Super happy with both the price and their work. I will definitely use Affordable Plumbing again. Thank you, Jeff and Mike! And thanks to Kay in their back office for responding to my Facebook post in a local group about needing help and sending me the coupon. All around a great experience.
