One Source Home Service

Amazing service from start to finish. We got 3 quotes and one source ended up winning in every category from warranty to quality of equipment for the money. The installation was even better and extremely fast and professional. Can't recommend this guys enough they are an amazing company overall. This was also a job from scratch along with replacing an old furnace and they still managed to finish in a timely manner in one day. Update: got a water expansion tank installed by Cole who promptly noticed i was missing it and suggested i get one to be in code. The installation was fast and well done. Cole provided great service at a reasonable price. Can't recommend one source home enough for your hvac and other services.

This company seemed great at first. My A/C unit stopped working last year and they came out within a couple of days to look at it. They said that it could be fixed, but a replacement would be better since it was 20 years old. My heater was in bad shape as well, so we replaced the entire HVAC system, which wasn't cheap. They were able to get the entire system set up within the same week! Since then, they have been terrible to deal with. I had to make at least 10 appointments to have the unit looked at and every one of them had to be rescheduled because no one showed up or called to let me know that they weren't going to come out. Communication is their worst feature. Being able to talk to anyone is a nightmare too, because when you call, you talk to a scheduler who can only send a message to anyone in authority and who knows if they even do that. I've been waiting for a call from their GM for 14 days. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I don't know how they have such high reviews. Maybe, it's from people who live in Colorado Springs and the reason I get such bad service is because I live in Parker. If that's the case, they should just not service my area.

Should have read the reviews before I called One Source for a leaking pipe under my home. Thank goodness after all the delays and ridiculous estimate, I cancelled the service call. The estimate was $1,100.00 to replace a 15” pipe with attached hose bib. After canceling, due to the service guy not coming when I was told without any communication from them to let me know. I had to call to find out what was going on. I also asked for someone to let me know why the cost was so high and to let me know the break down for parts and labor. No one called after I was told to expect a call about the cost. I called again to find out if someone could tell me the cost. The girl who answered the phone said the guy who was going to call left already . At that point I cancelled the service call thinking of the communication is that bad, I couldn’t trust them. Luckily, I didn’t loose any money, only another day without water. I called a plumbing company in Florence CO and they came out on an emergency call the next day for one third of the cost that One Source was going to charge.

As human beings great people and extremely friendly. They came to do preventative maintenance on all my systems and said everything was in great condition. Ive never had any issues with my systems but still like to do the requirements. A couple of days later after they came and said everything was great, my A/C went down and I still had to pay for repairs. Lost money.

I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment for an A/C tune-up, but no one ever showed up. About 10 minutes after the scheduled 2-hour arrival window passed, I called to check if the technician was running late or if I was still on the schedule. The receptionist was very friendly, but it was clear she had no access to appointment details or any way to assist beyond taking down my contact information. She assured me someone would follow up with me. I waited until the end of the day they did not call. Two days later, I called again hoping to speak with someone who could help. Once again, the receptionist took down my name, phone number, and email and repeated them back to me exactly. She said someone would return my call, but as I suspected, no one ever did. I can’t speak to the quality of their actual work because no technician ever arrived. Based on the complete lack of follow-through and poor organizational communication, I am just going to avoid this company at all costs The receptionist was friendly and professional, but clearly doesn't have access to any helpful information.
