Plumber was very courteous and proficient in his job. The leak was behind a wall, so it was in a very difficult area. Regardless, he located and repaired the leak in two hours.

Had to call early in the morning for a plumber and Roto Rooter was the fastest. Brett was professional, courteous and neat. He explained everything and repaired the issue. Ashley then met with me regarding the water restoration process and next steps. She’s extremely experienced and helpful. I am impressed with both of them. Highly recommend!

Had a root clog show up at 9pm. Jesse showed up within the hour and had the root ball extracted asap. I downloaded the app to save a few bucks but also to make my sewer main line maintenance easier. When its an emergency its hard to shop around, so i would recommend this crew all day…. And night long.

I used Roto Rooter to help solve the backup in my drainage line which was causing our household a lot of problems. Simba, one of their technicians, came out and did his best to clear the block, he was very polite and respectful, and let me know what the next steps would be. Then, Giovanni came out for a follow up appointment, he communicated with me every step of the way, and was very helpful and accommodating. Both of them did great work and I really appreciate them, along with Frank, who I believe is one of the managers, who communicated and worked with me as well. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for anyone who needs services like this! They’re polite, transparent, and provide great service. Appreciate you all!

Vladimir did a good job. Took him less than 90 minutes to clear our line, snaking it from the toilet and the outside clean out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and I feel satisfied with the service.
