Our technician was very helpful and friendly. They were able to resolve our issue and explain what had happened as well as how we could possibly avoid the same issue in the future. We appreciated that they arrived quickly even in though we didn't call until almost 7pm.

Was a pleasure working with Luke today. Very well mannered and did a fantastic job for us! Highly recommend him to come back to our place the next time we need service done! Also did a great job putting the carpet tile back in the same spot it was taken up from the floor drain.

Wonderful service provided by Andrew! Snaked two lines for me and made sure everything was working correctly. He even showed me a tip for my garbage disposal! Super helpful and I'm totally pleased with the work! Also, Robert and his assistant camera checked the line all the way to the street to show me what it looked liked inside. That was an extra bonus that was free! Great service all around. Thank you Roto Rooter! 👏👏👏
