Thomas from MSP was amazing! Professional, courteous, respectful. Laid out his entire plan for us and went to town, was super fast! Would recommend both MSP and Thomas for any plumbing needs!

We had Kevin out to replace our 27 year old water heater. Very professional, courteous and explained everything clearly. Installation went smoothly and the area was left very clean. Kevin also replaced a faucet located in a small, tight space and a leaking cold water shutoff. MSP Plumbing, Heating & Air is not the cheapest option but they do high quality work, have a fast response time (our old water heater had started to leak) and have very personable, professional people who make sure the job is done right. Update: Just had Jeff out to snake out overflowing laundry drain pipe and replace washer faucets. Had to cut in to drywall to get access. Replaced drywall piece where it had been and good to go! (It's behind washer). Great guy, fast response time, very thorough and explained everything. Best part is - no more flooding!

I can’t say enough about the service and friendliness of both Tim from the sales side and Nick and his crew on the installation side from Minneapolis St Paul Plumbing Hearing and Air. I just had a brand new HVAC system installed in my condo and the experience was exceptional!! I would highly recommend this 100+ year old company to all my friends. Thank you so much MSP!!

MSP's staff continues to impress. We've always had great service, but Donovan went above and beyond to help us with a plumbing issue, and gave us some great advice on how to mitigate issues in the future. He was friendly, professional, and efficient.

A+ experience all around. The schedulers were knowledgeable and able to answer a lot of questions. When the technician came out to give an estimate, we really got white glove service. After receiving the estimate, he was able to turn around and install our water softener same day.
