Norse Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

Jack arrived 30 minutes ahead of appointment. That was good. He is very professional and courteous. He knew what was doing. He explained what he was doing/diagnosing and explained the fix/remedy. In the future I'll give them a call if I need repairs.

Adam was great, went the extra mile to help get our AC back up and running. He is a really great technician. They even had an appointment two days earlier than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back out.

Norse sent a very good technician the second time around— he had my furnace up and running with excellent heat. I set the system on 89 and went to dinner when we came back the condo was hot thermometer right on 89– very pleased when owner got on the deal he gets it done once he knows he has an issue.

Jack and Cody were both great at their job they both were curtious, knoweldgable informative, friendly. All the qualities of two great professional individuals. I'll be happy to recommend Norse Pluming. Thank you so much. I appreciate the great service these two gentlemen provided for my family.

We previously posted a pretty scathing review, but Norse has really stepped up. They came out to our home the very next day and worked diligently to resolve the issue. For that, we are extremely grateful to the techs who got things working again. We understand that everyone has their good and bad days, and we give the benefit of the doubt that our bad experience was due to a tech's bad day. Bottom line is, Norse came through for us. I have in fact recommended them to my neighbors just a month ago, and based on the way they handled the issue at hand, I would continue to recommend them. I'm revising my one star to a four. It would have been a 5 if we didn't have to deal with the initial lack of communication.
