Wallace got the job done in a timely way. He was kind and professional. He was thorough and fair and wasn’t eager to overcharge me - which is a great relief and a blessing! Everything’s back to clean, sanitary, and sparkling! What a relief!

Wallace was friendly and courteous. He gave me an explanation of what had happened and how it could be fixed before he started. When I checked on his progress he showed me the repairs and they were excellent. Very good job with a very reasonable price.

I had the pleasure of having Brooke and Chris from Roto-Rooter come out to my property to clean and modify a lengthy sewer line. It was a challenging job, but they kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and providing details about the pricing. Drain replacement needed for where a new tub will be placed. Dispatcher sent the gentleman out on a Friday. He looked at the plumbing and requested I text a photo of how it looked before. Said he would return first thing Monday. I requested, Saturday, and was suggested to wait so to avoid weekend rate. I didn’t care the cost. It was clear I had to wait. The 8:30 time passed and I called them. Said they called the wrong number when the attempt for service call was made. The week before they called me several times and text messaged me. The one hour job was complete and he drove away around 1:30 PM.

I will always be a customer of Roto-Rooter. They are easy to contact and quick to get someone out to help you. David was the technician that stopped by to help unclog my garbage disposal and dishwasher. He was so kind, worked quickly and efficiently, and fixed my problem right the first time. No need for extra calls to get someone else to fix it and no downtime. David was a national treasure. 100/10.
