Duvall Plumbing Heating and Cooling

We had some serious AC problems and have been without the system since Tuesday. A warranty company we had sent out a repairman and took 2 minutes to diagnose wrongly and tried to rip us off! Then wanted $550 to fix it. I decided to call Duvall because their truck was across the street at my neighbors. They came out the same day and after James Ward explained what was seriously wrong with the system, we decided to have them install a new system at a great price. This company and their technician went over and beyond in their courtesy, fairness and honesty. We even decided to upgrade the system. James Ward was awesome! So today was install day! Isaiah Singleton and Nathan Sandrige were an awesome team. They were incredibly hard working and efficient in getting the system installed. They were kind and respectful and answered all our questions. Their expertise was unmatched. James Ward came quite a few times to make sure we were totally pleased. The system is so quiet. I would recommend Duvall's experts for any job you need.

The two stars is based on the job performed. Called for what I expected to be a first time one and done repair on our irrigation system but after a week and three trips back and forth cause it kept blowing apart we ended up canceling the service with a huge bill and nothing being repaired. Done the repair ourselves. The tech on the other hand was very friendly and obviously done the best he could. I do appreciate the repair attempts but it's hard to look at a $1700.00+ bill when I spent 45.00 myself and got a completed job.

My 67 year old father had just had hip surgery and his old chrome p trap blew out and he needed it replaced. For the first time in his life, he was helpless and couldn't fix it himself. This is a man who can build a house with his bare hands. This company saw their opportunity to take advantage of him and charged him $820 for a 2 feet of pvc pipe and 2 hours of work. I have been trying to get ahold of a service manager since for over three weeks for an explanation of how the amount of the bid became so high. On the bid there is no itemization for parts, labor or service call. I can't imagine how many other elderly folks they have taken advantage of but the price on this bid just doesn't seem right. I sent the bid and the before and after pictures to the plumbing company I have used for years in OKC and they said the work was done incorrectly and extra things were added that weren't needed. Also, they would have charged $350 tops and that included driving to Tulsa. The time for "making it right" has expired. I hope this review and the many others I leave cost you more than it would have to make it right.

Rick was very pleasant and friendly!!! Told me exactly where our leak was, underneath the kitchen sink, how he would fix it. The price was very reasonable and Rick had it fixed in no time.

This was our first time to use Duvall Heat and Air. We had a new system put in and we love it. All together I had dealings with six different members of the Duvall staff and I thought all of them were very nice and helpful. I think one thing that really sets them apart is the follow up. It was a very good experience and I would recommend them.
