Temo and Chris from Mullins Plumbing were fantastic! They came out the same day, communicated clearly, and quickly found the problem. The smell in our house turned out to be from a P-trap that had been installed incorrectly, and they resolved it right away. They also located some ductwork that needed to be reconnected, which was a huge help. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable, highly recommend!

I want to share a serious concern regarding one of the drivers from this company. While driving behind their marked vehicle, I witnessed extremely unsafe behavior the driver was swerving repeatedly and even veered into oncoming traffic more than once. It was alarming and dangerous, not only for other drivers on the road but for anyone sharing the area at the time. I truly hope the company takes this seriously and addresses it immediately. Public safety should be a top priority, especially for businesses that operate vehicles in our neighborhoods. This kind of reckless driving is unacceptable and needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt.

Chase did a fantastic job. He was quick, courteous, and above all else effective. Took him a little under an hour to remove a massive root clog, an absolutely fantastic individual.

Carlos was outstanding!! He was very professional and so kind. He checked everything throughout my furnace, home, and air conditioning units to make sure he found the problem. Once he did, he talked to me about options and affordability regarding price. He even wrote up a report for my insurance company and shared pictures for me to submit. I am very pleased with Carlos. They really chose a very smart and hardworking young man to do the job! He even made me feel safe in regard to making sure the furnace was in working order and no fire would break out. I will continue to go with Mullin due to Carlos!
