Mike and Matt are both great. Did professional work without cutting corners. They are very reasonably priced especially for the quality of work provided. If any issues arise after work is complete they are extremely quick to return and address the situation. They are not one of these companies that put you to the back of the list. I recommend this company for not only snaking drain lines but for any other plumbing work you need done. You will not regret using this company.

Paul with Roto-Rooter came today and was kindly able to move my appointment up due to a cancelation. He consulted with me on the issue of my slow draining drains and an issue with drain flies. He walked me through what he would do, answered questions and made recommendations for maintenance. I feel confident in the service I received.

The price was horrendous and they did not tell me alternative methods of repairing the leak. I could have installed an entire new toilet for half of what they charged me to repair the leak in the old one. My tenant said he could repair one of them himself and the plumber stated it had to be fixed by him and charged me $700 for a leaking toilet. I contacted them to adjust the bill and they would not reply. I will NEVER use them again.

This is my second time using Roto Rooter and the experience has been extremely pleasant both times. Starting with the way I’m greeted by Ms Pam and other office staff to schedule appointments all the way to completion of projects. This time I asked them to come out and detect a leak near the bathroom and got the unfortunate news that it was a slab leak. Austin and Clayton patiently answered the many questions I had about what steps they would take to repair the issue. The day of the work, they arrived promptly at their scheduled time and completed the work within just a few hours. I’m glad they took time to respect my space by being mindful of any messes made and cleaning up after themselves. In the same day they also installed faucets for the kitchen, bathroom, along with a new kit for the tub. I felt that for the work they did, the pricing was extremely fair for the quality of work that was performed. Very knowledgeable crew. Absolutely, if you’re having plumbing issues, give them a call!
