Job well done! Jerod was our plumber for this job. He called before coming and was well within the time frame we were provided the day before. He treated our home with respect and allowed me to stand over him to watch how he was fixing our new tub spout that was not working due to age. Jerod was very efficient and pleasant and did not mind explaining to me the “why” and “how” during his visit. I will continue to use Ben Franklin when in need and hope we are able to request Jerod when the time comes! Awesome experience!! Thank you 😊

Hot water heater went out, called Benjamin Franklin and they came within 30 mins to replace. Technician was super nice and did awesome work in a timely manner. I didn’t think I would get such a quick response but it was great that I did! Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

My father was charged $818 . His kitchen sink wouldn't drain. The technician they sent didn't fix it. Cotter plumbing cleared the drain today for $166. Dad, who is 92 years old deserves some sort of refund!

Scheduled an appointment more than a week out for them to come hook up my sink, faucet, and dishwasher after having my cabinets replaced. They called and confirmed the appointment on Tuesday for a Friday appointment. On Friday afternoon, I started calling because they hadn’t shown up. I made 3 calls to their dispatch and office numbers before they got a technician in touch with me. The tech showed up at 6:45pm on Friday night and said he couldn’t do anything until Monday because the parts store was closed already. I called dispatch again and talked to their team lead who assured me someone would call me on Saturday morning to come out. It’s Saturday afternoon and nobody has called. They yanked me around and now I can’t use my kitchen for the entire weekend because of their incompetence.

Jarod was very kind and professional, turns out my gas wasn't on and thats why my water heater wasn't working, which we figured out after he got here. The fee for just coming out here was quite steep, which might be something for the company to consider changing but otherwise good experience.
