I had the good fortune to have been put in contact with my favorite plumber, Ken B. when my heating pipes burst in my living room. He was there before long and attended to the breaks without fanfare. Another Gallatin valley company that sets an appointment and doesn’t show up for a job, it’s a wonder how these guys can stay in business but I guess not everyone reads the reviews, now we need to find a real company to do the job these guys were supposed to do. They didn’t bother to call or even return numerous calls about the appointment they missed.

Were an hour and a half late, no phone call. Then guy made it after I missed an hour and a half of work, after I called them asking where they were. Then he got to my house and said he didn't know where septic was ( even though I showed him) then he said I don't really have time to look for it since h was over an hour late. Charged me 85.00 and wasn't even there 10 minutes
