Very nice and helpful. Fixed my garbage disposal issue very promptly and advised and alerted me to things and maintenance advice I wasn't aware I should be doing to prolong the life of other expensive appliances. Flushed our water heater which i didn't know I needed to be doing. Alerted me that the contactor of our home labeled our circuit breaker wrong too. I was putting vinegar in back of our toilets and explained why that could be detrimental and advised what I should do. I learned a lot and can plan for future repairs and replacements in time frames he gave for other items. They aren't the cheapest but came quickly and did great work. Probably saved a lot of money in the long run learning about proper maintenance of more expensive things (boiler, water heater, toilets). Very happy.

Jon was my technician he was very thorough went through the inspection process with me help us get dialed in with our mechanical room. We had water backing up from our sump pump and he was able to help us get diagnosed that we need some new equipment. Excellent customer service super fast service!!! Mike is so kind and knowledgeable! He helped us with some drain issues we were having. I called and he was able to get out the next day. No waiting around for weeks for parts or an appointment. He was so responsive with any questions we had and talked us through the whole proposal beforehand. We will absolutely be reaching out to Mike and BlueBird in the future for new projects and repairs!

I had 4ft.of water in my crawl space when I got home from work at 9pm.on a Thursday burst pipes. They were the ONLY ones to answer the phone.Quick, accommodating. John was professional good with the dogs. Handled me have anxiety over the damage. Just kept calling EVERYONE on Google Bozeman till I got an answer on Thursday night. No one from Bozeman would work 20miles away in Three Forks except these guys. Dispatch walked me through getting the water off overnight over the phone. I was leary using someone off Google I didn't know. These guys went above and beyond.
