Ok, let’s get started on this in depth review. Two guys come over to do a one man job, they take a 1.5 to 2 hour max install and turn it into a 4.5 hour install. Let’s break it down, they come in and spend 40 minutes doing an evaluation with someone who doesn’t understand plumbing. They over sold the job with things that were not needed. They were told 3 different times that the hot water was reversed under the sink and that the prior plumber had hot water going to the fridge and cold water going to the dishwasher. This guy looks under the sink and tells the girl at the house that it looks reversed only to the faucet. Not the case . Of course it was reversed to the faucet because the hot water feed was on the right instead of the left. Yes it’s standard to have a hot water feed on the left but the builder messed up and didn’t do it that way. He was told this. Now starting the job, instead of seeing what he needed for the job so they can make one trip to Home Depot , they end up going 3 times to get parts. He changed both valves that didn’t need to be changed under the sink as only one need to be changed to a 3/8 split. Instead of putting in the 3/8 valve that was needed and just using a 3/8 to 1/4 converter on the good valve on the cold feed, he changes to new valves and puts the exact same split with a 1/4 valve and reconnects the fridge to the hot again. He then reconnects the dishwasher to the valve he didn’t have to change back to the cold side. At no point does he think to test to water feeds. They ended up having to come out to fix their work. Let’s recap, They plugged a water line that was already run to a fridge into the back and only changed the grommet, they replaced a new water line and drain line that was going to the dishwasher already run and sticking out ready to connect for no reason as the old line was only a year old and was ready for him to just plug up to it, then he installed a single handle faucet and a soap bottle on a basic sink all in 4.5 hours to do this. This is an edited review as I was asked to modify my review after the revisit to fix his work. Had he tested it after his work he would have realized he did the work wrong. He charged a $1,000.00 for work that was fairly simple. I would have done the work for under $400.00 for my clients and if I knew he was going to charge that and still do the work wrong, I would have just done it my self. However I was very busy. Price gouging is the worst and I was there I would have prevented it. As far as quality work, once corrected the work was fine. The pictures below show the work the first time. Also, they knew they were coming to install a dishwasher and no dishwasher comes with a power cord. Every electrician or plumber should know that. They should of had one on the truck just in case. assume the customer knew that.

I had Rose Plumbing come to install a faucet and soap dispenser to and a dishwasher and water hookup to my refrigerator. They came earlier than promised and did excellent work. I had Remy and Simmy come and stayed about 3 hours. They were very thorough and answered all my questions. The price was fair to average and they did an excellent job. I would call them again if I needed the services in the future.

They did an amazing job in our building of 147 units. They replaced our entire water heating system. We are extremely satisfied with their service. Very knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. We at the Manors of Inverrary XI would like to thank Rose Plumbing for their services. Outstanding!

Always a pleasure working with Remy. I emailed for an estimate over the weekend and got a response first thing this morning.
