Rolling Plumbing Repair Shop

Requested service on for leak on two lavatory drains. The 2 Techs arrived and provided what they thought was the issue to resolve the leaks. Received invoice and paid the invoice in September 2023. The check was written through the bank, but check was never cashed. The invoice was riddled with inaccurate dates of service and the year the Techs actually came out. In January 2024 received a past due notice. Called the company and spoke with Wendy....who was less than customer service orientated. Asked why she waited over 3 months to send a past due invoice when the check was mailed since September 2023...not September 2022 as her invoice indicates. Wendy stated she never received the check and IT WAS my responsibility to ensure that the checks I wrote were cashed. Ummm...it is NOT my responsibility your company failed to cash a check written and sent out by the bank to you. Additionally, she claims she sent out NUMEROUS past-due notices. I asked her to provide evidence of this. She stated she couldn't. Well why not? You are the one who is making the statement that you sent out numerous past due invoices, surely you would have a record of exactly how many past due invoices you sent out? Explained to Wendy - I have spoken with my bank and per the bank that ISSUED the check - it was never cashed. Again, that is not my responsibility you failed to cash the check. A second check has now been re-issued to pay for services performed in the year 2023 and NOT 2022 as Wendy's invoice stated. Can't wait to see if it will take a WHOLE year before Wendy can actually follow with check #2 being issued. Will never use this company again. The lack of accountability and service is ridiculous!

My technician was very professional. He listened to my issues and explained his course of action.Response time awesome - called in morning and came before noon. Problem solved! What a RELIEF!!! I highly recommend Rolling Plumbers!
