Hi! I'm Susan from Orange Park and I wanted to give a shout out to plumber Thomas! Thomas is very skilled and very knowledgeable at his job, and he is very nice to talk to. He took the time to answer many questions for me! He did an amazing job removing my water heater which had gone bad and installing a new water heater, and he went the extra mile by making sure the PVC going into the water heater had brackets onto the wall behind it so that the PVC pipe wouldn't bend and crack . He did some other special accommodations with the water heater to make sure I felt comfortable with it. Job well done Thomas, super appreciate your time kindness and answering all of my questions! Rolland Reash Plumbing has done several plumbing jobs at my home, and I have been very happy with each job! They have saved the day many times! I backed over my kitchen clean out pipe with the mower late yesterday evening. Called this morning and they had someone out by 2pm. All fixed and cleaned up the area nice and neat. I mow myself instead of hiring to save money. Well, I'm in the red on savings but Rolland Reash saved my septic system! Tech was an awesome fella too.

Abraham and Paul from Rolland Plumbing were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, respectful, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was how thoughtful they were toward our family and children — moving carefully through our space, speaking gently, and making sure not to disrupt our routine more than necessary. They respected our time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly. WOW, we are super happy and impressed with Rolland Reash Plumbing!!! Both Claudio and Paul were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and diligent when they were working on our plumbing needs in our home. The scope of work was somewhat extensive and they handled it all with ease, and double/triple checked everything before they finished up. Their attention to detail was excellent. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, too. We will never use any other company for our plumbing needs. We very highly recommend Rolland Reash Plumbing!

Great experience! James provide the service to my water valve and fixed the issue in no time. Price was reasonable. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Means a lot to have good help and good people. I had an emergency situation and when I called the office they sent someone out immediately. 10/10 recommend and will use again. Thanks again!!
