I recently had a new AC unit installed by J&W Heating and Air by Their Technicians Parker Coleman and his Associate and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, took great care to protect my home, and worked diligently to ensure everything was installed correctly. The technicians explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship was evident throughout the entire job. After a slight delay do to a personnel shortage the repair was completed later in the afternoon. Zach and his helper did a great job. Finished repair and cleaned up the area. Very happy.

Cyprine did an excellent job. From the install to showing me how to use the new thermostat, change the filter, and care for the unit. Very professional. Could not of asked for a better experience. Also have to give a shout out to Bert Sadler. He is 100 percent the reason why I chose J&W over the other 4 companies I received quotes from. He was very knowledgeable and professional, but also down to earth and not pushy. He carefully explained each option, the differences in how each unit works, and his recommendations. Bert worked with me to get the best unit not only for my house but also my budget.
