Roger Ross has been great to deal with. They are cordial and knowledgeable and honest. They gave me options for upgrading my water heater including the less expensive option as well. I also like their messaging feature so I don’t have to play phone tag. I highly recommend.

Returned my call right away even though its was late afternoon. Accommodated my work schedule, came first thing the next morning, and on time. Knowledgeable, fast, and no mess. Everyone is pleasant and helpful from the phone call to the service call. This time was a kitchen faucet replacement due to a leak, previous call was my water heater replacement. Got me in right away for both issues. Highly recommend ! Thank you !

I’m editing this review because Roger called to discuss our bill and offer a refund. We were charged $225 for a machine pipe cleaning and $125 for 3 sink drain cleanings. Roger agreed that the $125 for each additional cleaning should have been discounted since there was no additional travel needed. Lessons learned: snake your own drain before calling in the plumber and say something right away if the bill seems too high.

They got back to me quickly. They came out and assessed my problem and were able to fix it right then and there. The guys seemed nice and the invoice process was simple and straightforward. I would reach out to them for future issues as they were better than other companies I've tried to work with.

I used Roger Ross Plumbing for the first time.. The office was so professional, they gave me a window of when the plumber would be out, and I was even notified when he was on his way. I had a really bad clog that was backing up into my basement. He immediately found the problem and everything was running smoothly again.
