Tony and the company were great to work with. I am finishing most of my basement myself, and Tony explained things and gave advice on other parts of my project as well as doing a great job in his part. He also spoke highly of the company (which is locally family owned), so it was great to hear some of its history. Everything from start to finish was prompt, detailed, and reasonable. We have had the need of a Plumber on three occasions in the past 6-7 months (all for different reasons) and Rod-O-Matic took care of us each time. They were quick, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. I appreciated the fact that they would call ahead of their visit to give us a heads up on their arrival time. When they got here, they had enough knowledge of the problem to have everything they needed on their truck, from tools to needed parts. On their second job, Garret found that our plumbing was not the standard sizing (thanks house flippers), but it turned out that he had the proper sized parts on his truck anyway. They offer great advice without trying to sell you more. For their last job, Tony pointed out a piece of hardware that can break easily, and he informed me that these parts are available at The Home Depot and are easy to replace. They answered all our questions and left the areas they worked on clean and without any evidence that they had been their (except the toilet is working again). NEEDING a Plumber is never fun. Knowing that you have one that you can rely on is priceless!

I just had Blaize with Rod-O-Matic here to clear tree roots from my outside sewer pipes, and I am very happy with the service! He was very professional, worked quickly and took care of the problem. He wore bootie’s in my home and explained the process to me so I could understand it. They were able to schedule me for next day service and were prompt as well.
