Rob & Sons Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

I honestly don't know how to say enough good things about this company and the experience I was provided. If you have the time, please read - My water pressure & hot water was quickly declining and no longer existing. I originally called a DIFFERENT company to come help. Since I live on a well and they weren't really able to identify the problem, they recommended that I replace everything: the pressure tank, sediment filtration system & my existing tankless hot water heater and quoted me $11-13k! Absolutely not. So, I got smart and called Rob & Sons (if I was actually really smart, I would have called them first)! The level of service I was provided was immaculate! They came right away, quickly was able to diagnose the problem. Was honest, transparent and professional. Told me they would offer solutions & quote me what I needed and didn't try to take advantage of the situation and sell me on something not necessary. However, since it was a Sunday & they needed other parts (my unit didn't utilize the universal fittings) they had to come back Monday. I was called Monday morning & was told that unfortunately the local supply stores didn't have inventory on hand and it would be overnighted so they wouldn't be able to come until Tuesday (not their fault, out of their control). To my absolute shock I got a call back soon after that they were able to track down the material needed (it was on a truck on it's way to Wilmington), meet the people who were already in route there and pick it up same day! That level of service and kind actions of going above and beyond left me speechless. So needless to say, it is Monday afternoon and I am writing this review with everything being fixed (also at a much more reasonable price vs the original company who quoted). I am 10000/10 happy with the professionalism, kindness & service provided and will be saving Rob & Sons contact information for future needs. I strongly encourage everyone else in the area to reach out to them and DO NOT HESITATE!

I cannot say enough good things about Rob&Son's plumbing. This is the 3rd time that I have called them for different issues, which they promptly responded and resolved. This last time I was having foundation work done on my house. I called Andrew and explained that I needed water lines cut in order for the foundation work to be completed. Paul came out and cut the lines. He left to do another job. When the foundation techs were finished, Paul and Andrew were there. They repaired the water lines and had the water back on in no time. These guys are very prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. In my opinion, they are the best plumbers in the area. I will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

First off, I had used these guys a number of times and referred people to them. My quote is on their website, for goodness sakes. But that all just changed. I had a leak in my kitchen, and they misdiagnosed it. This misdiagnosis cost me a new dishwasher. I called back asking them to come out and take another look. Was told they'd be out the next day. Never showed or called. After three days, I texted them and never heard back. No integrity what so ever. Answering your response. He was wrong in his diagnosis. Then I asked him to come back and he said he’d be there the next morning. He did not show up, nor did he call. When I texted about it 3 days later I got no response. My motivation is you treated a customer you had had for over 5 years with disrespect.

Where do i start. Started working in the gboro area with my company August of 2023 had a water loss we were working on that we found another leak that needed to be fixed immediately and looked on google and they were the first to pop up and they were there to fix it within that same hour. And looking back on the past 7 months, I’m so thankful to have found Andrew and rob. They have answered every call I’ve made and been on site in the most timely fashion. They are the most professional plumbers i have ever used. Not only can i call them when i need services but i can truly call them friends. THEY ARE THE ONLY PLUMBING COMPANY I WILL EVER USE. Promise you won’t be disappointed if you call them. 10/10 recommend for every water leak need. They are the best!

Rob & Sons did a great job with fixing our well! I really recommend this company. They are extremely excellent with emergency fixing and scheduling. They have helped us multiple times!!!
