Rob's Plumbing Service

Our water heater took a dump, on the weekend to boot... Contacted 3 different plumbers, Rob was the only one to get back to me (still). He returned my call not even an hour after I left a message. Asked a few questions, I sent a few pictures. We had a new water heater, expansion tank, and he was even able to replace our leaking pressure reducing valve too, all before dinner time the same day. He answered all my questions and concerns and never made me feel like an idiot. I'd highly recommend him to anybody. Thanks again Rob and Michael ;)

This was the first time we used Rob of Rob's plumbing and it won't be the last. We called him when we didn't have any water, and he was there in less than 30 minutes to access the problem. He replaced our well pump the next day in 100 degree heat and was very fair with pricing. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of what needed to be done and came prepared for the job. We are happy to have water once again, and very pleased to have met Rob. He is a great plumber and a hell of a good guy!

Let me start with saying that Rob has gone out of his way to assure that our water was restored in 1 day of initially calling him the day before and him coming to our home to troubleshoot /diagnose the problem within 30 minutes of our call. I am a diy"er but at 61yrs old some things are more than I can handle. Rob was very proffessional,was at our home the next day with new Pumps,Wire and the equipment to restore our water on a 95°day,you cannot get the service from a larger plumbing company than Rob provides,he's compassionate in his work and truly cares about people,in today's world that's a quality you "rarely" find !!! It's not about driving a new van with the "Logo" on the side in Big Letters.(that's what ur paying for) It's the quality of the work and the personal touch that matters !!!! This was our first time giving Rob’s a call and I’m glad we did. To give context our water heater was last serviced 4 months ago and last night it stopped working due to a burnt wire. I called Rob’s around 7:15 AM, he asked a few questions regarding the make/model of our water heater, and said he’d come by in a couple hours. To our surprise Rob was here at 8:45 AM and started assessing the issue right away. He brought all of the parts he thought he’d need and upon investigation he discovered the heater elements we were charged for 4 months prior were never replaced. Additionally, the wiring performed by that plumber was done incorrectly and dangerously. Rob proceeded to correct the wiring issues, replaced our heater elements and thermostats within an hour and charged us fairly for the service he provided. Let it be known I’m a handy guy but I know what jobs require a pro and to put it bluntly, Rob is the first professional I’ve met in the Charles Town/Martinsburg area that does plumbing. I sincerely urge folks to rethink some of the other local businesses because they might just charge you for parts and labor to scam you. Thank you for everything Rob!

Rob of Rob’s Plumbing showed up on time to replace a worn, leaky bathroom faucet. He was very personable and yet professional. He completed the job with knowledge, accuracy, and in a timely manner. I will most certainly be a return customer.
