Garrett called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived and after introducing himself, went to assess what repair he was doing. He promptly got to work and had our AC up and running within an hour! The outside temp was 93* and our inside temp was 85*, my husband and I were very happy it could be fixed so quickly! Grogg’s installed our heating/ac/water heater for us and when we have had an issue (rarely!) they have always been professional and prompt to fix the issue. I am very pleased with the service and the technicians they have sent and will continue to use the company.

Daniel did an exceptional job. His customer service skills are on point using clear and transparent communication with everything he was inspecting today. He was extremely thorough going over all the results with both myself and my husband. He was patient and kind with any of our questions and most importantly he asked us what our most important concern for today was. We would like to request his service for the future.

Had the scheduled yearly maintenance for the first time today. Daniel came out and gave a very insightful, friendly, informative, and fair quote for recommended upkeep functions, as well as perform VERY thorough maintenance on the unit. Alec was a very knowledgeable man. He was thorough in his inspection of our A/C system. He explained his concerns and his findings and helped setup a game plan for me and my fiancée to review and decide on.
